A Little About Me...

 

Hi, my name is Jessi Piha and I founded The Food Athlete to help my clients have a better, healthier relationship with their bodies. I give my clients the right tools to find balance in their daily lives. I use a mix of custom nutrition strategy and fitness instruction to help my clients attain their goals.

 

I earned a nutrition certification in Optimal Health, Wellness, and Sports from Loyola Marymount University (an ACSM approved certification). I'm classically trained in pilates through The Physical Mind Institute and a blog contributor for Beyond Yoga and Mind, Body, Green. I truly live by my mantra: Let food be your medicine and let medicine be your food.
